had dinner with aunts & cuzzies again.
went to sempang bedok for dinner.
eat and eat but till now nothing come out hahha.
constipation!!
see lah...ever since i studied the topic on constipation, i get even more afraid.
never suppress the urge to defecate or else...
you have to go toilet training all over again, just like a baby.
lack of exercise is also another factor for constipation.

i'm in totally deep shit...i haven't start studying for ipt!
haven't edit my report, haven't do ppt, haven't do so many things!!
haiz...i'm so into the holiday mood.
if only i could stop time.
