yeah i finally bought a new pair of covered shoes :)
went to geylang with my family to have dinner at arnolds and at the same time find my shoes. finally had time to search for shoes.
the queue at arnolds was freaking long, besides we also had to take a queue number...its so like clinic style. when we ordered, the number was only 142 but our queue number was 161. haha we had to wait like nearly an hour to get a seat there. so in the meanwhile, we went window shopping in search for my shoes and at the same time take a look at the raya bazaar. haha it was extremely crowded. people here people there. probably its because tomorrow is the start of puasa, so everyone is like getting ready.
went back to arnold in half an hour time and finally got a seat. hehe i ordered fish & chip as normal and the others had chicken. my favourite was the mashed potato and coleslaw :)
it was very noisy at arnolds...like market plus clinic. babies crying, aunties talking loudly, people queueing.

in the end i did not find any shoes that i like at geylang and so we headed to hougang. on the way home, something unexpected happened. while walking, we heard the sound of broken glass. its like someone broke a bottle of beer. yeah across the street, we saw a a group of foreign men fighting and arguing maybe because they were already drunk. passer-by were all crowding around and even crowding across the road, where i'm standing. it was so drama.
suddenly after the fighting, one of the men actually lie down straight at the center of the roadside. can you imagine the chaos.
yes on the road itself! luckily there was no car at that moment. crazy!
4 men then helped to carry him to safety.

a few minutes later, when we're at the bus stop, we saw an ambulance and a police car with the siren on so loud. oh gosh...guess its probably because of the incident just now.
and we waited for the bus 51 for nearly an hour and not even one bus number 51 came. what rubbish!
headed back to the other bus stop and took bus 43 instead. haha we went to hougang, since i did not find any shoes that i like. (i can be choosy at times)
finally got myself a pair of covered shoes and i am satisfied :)

haha what a day.
oh ya watched camp rock and though i'm not a big fan of jonas bro, i must say that its good.
